The Amoena® Purfit Adjustable Breast Enhancer is a 3-part system offering a Purfit Shell that adjusts to the desired volume for perfect balance throughout your expansion process using the non-irritating fiberfill to adjust the volume; a Soft Silicone Insert that offers shape and stability and can be worn separately as an enhancer as well as fill your bra cup; and a soft, skin friendly fabric cover that holds the Soft Silicone Insert in place providing a hygienic environment.

The Amoena® Purfit Shell is specially designed for wear during the reconstruction tissue expansion process as the volume is easily adjustable with a fiber-filled pocket on the back of the shell, so it can be expanded or reduced in size for a perfect fit. The front is made of silicone and provides the look and feel of a natural breast.
